Welcome to The Association of United Efforts
In countries around the world, thousands of people, young and old, are in a prison of famine, disease, illiteracy, depression, and poverty. Some have been in these prisons for many years, but seldom do people in the outside world hear about them. While some are holding several degrees, others have not had a chance to step foot onto a school compound. While some enjoy three round meals a day, others go to sleep hungry and light - easy to be lifted by vultures.
What we have found in our village of Mahwa is that when a parent is locked in any of these prisons, their children are born behind the same bars. It is a vicious cycle that has gone on for far too long. In the year 2005, The Association of United Efforts (ASUNEF), was created in a bid to unlock the doors and empower the youth to lead a life free from these chains.

Let us, through The Association of United Efforts, put our efforts together to bring hope and empowerment to the youth of Mahwa. There is not even a shadow of a doubt in our hearts that, together, we can break the cycle, unlock the doors, and set our children free.
